Enquiries, proposals and project agreements

A website enquiry, WhatsApp conversation or indicative price does not by itself confirm an engagement. Before work starts, the parties must agree the scope, deliverables, fees, currency, payment schedule, timeline, responsibilities and acceptance process in writing. The agreed project documents take priority for that engagement, subject to mandatory law.

Published starting prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. They are not a binding quote. Applicable taxes, exchange arrangements, third-party costs and any travel must be clarified in the proposal. A European client can request a quote in EUR; the agreed proposal determines the invoice currency.

Delivery, changes and client responsibilities

Indicative schedules depend on scope, timely content, access, decisions and feedback. Additional requests or changed requirements need an agreed effect on price and timing before they become part of the work. Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information and materials they have permission to use.

Ownership, licensing, source-code delivery, third-party software, revisions, acceptance, support and maintenance are defined in the project agreement. Access to client personal data requires appropriate instructions and agreed data-protection terms.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Payment milestones, cancellation arrangements and any refund entitlement are set out in the written agreement and applicable law. Contact us promptly if you need to pause or cancel work. Completed work and approved, non-recoverable third-party costs are assessed against that agreement. These website terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or remove mandatory consumer remedies.

Using the website responsibly

You may browse the site, use the public tools and share links. Do not use it to distribute malware, send spam, impersonate others, infringe rights or attempt unauthorised access. Security testing requires written authorisation and an agreed scope. Do not enter real personal or confidential information into fictional concept demos.

Content, portfolio and intellectual property

Orine Labs branding, original content and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, logos, screenshots and software remain subject to their owners’ rights. Earlier work is attributed to Bisyri’s independent practice or the stated contribution. Studio concepts are fictional demonstrations, not client commissions or evidence of business results. Permission to view or use a demo does not grant ownership of its design or underlying materials.

Information and service limits

Articles, estimates and tools provide general planning information. Check their assumptions and outputs before relying on them for a business decision. They do not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee search positions, revenue, AI citations or uninterrupted access to this website. External sites and providers control their own services.

Responsibility and liability for paid work are addressed in the project agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

Questions and disputes

Please contact hello@orinelabs.com with the issue and relevant project reference so we can try to resolve it. Malaysian law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. Any project-specific jurisdiction or dispute process must be agreed in its contract.

Updates apply from the date shown and do not retrospectively change an agreed project.
