Orine Labs is an IT agency and software studio based in Malaysia, working with businesses across Europe and beyond. Projects are planned around the client’s requirements, with communication, review times and handover agreed at the start. Our location is Malaysia; international delivery does not mean we have offices in each client’s country.

Earlier experience includes Hotel Vos in Iceland. That work is credited to Bisyri’s independent practice, now the experience behind Orine Labs.

Email is suitable for briefs, proposals and formal project correspondence. WhatsApp is available for an initial conversation. Please request our business mailing details when needed for a contract, invoice or formal notice. Meetings and any on-site work require prior agreement.

Working with European clients

We can discuss requirements and deliver project documentation in English. Agree the working hours, meeting time zone, response expectations, milestones and review process in the proposal. Published prices use USD; ask for a EUR quote if that is better for your procurement process. Tax treatment and invoice currency are confirmed for the engagement.

Project records and changes

The contracting details, mailing address and agreed terms belong in the project documents. We will update public business information when our operating arrangements change. This website does not advertise a commercial office address or walk-in premises.
