Orine Labs is responsible for personal information used to manage its own website enquiries and business relationships. This notice covers the public website and messages you send us. Client systems may have separate privacy notices and processing agreements.

What we receive and why

When you email or message us, we receive the contact details, business information, project brief and correspondence you choose to share. We use these to answer questions, assess the work, prepare proposals and manage an agreed project. If you become a client, we also need relevant billing, payment-reference and project records. We do not request card details through this website.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary. Without a way to contact you or enough detail about the work, we may be unable to respond or quote. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, health records or customer databases through a general enquiry.

How the current form and tools work

When you choose Send project enquiry, the form sends your name, email, optional company and project brief (including service, budget and timing) to MailerLite. It stores an enquiry contact record and runs our project follow-up workflow: a notification to our inbox and an automated acknowledgement with questions about the work. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Typing alone does not send your brief. You can instead open an email draft or use WhatsApp. If the form cannot accept your address, contact us directly. There is no separate CRM connected to this website.

Calculators, brief builders and concept demos run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to us or saved in a database by the website. A copied or downloaded result remains under your control. Closing or refreshing a page may clear its inputs.

Website connections and service providers

Vercel hosts this website. Cloudflare provides domain and email-routing services. Fontshare supplies the Satoshi font. These providers may receive connection information such as an IP address, requested resource, browser information and request time when delivering or protecting their services.

MailerLite processes submitted enquiry details and associated delivery records for our form and follow-up emails. Its privacy policy describes its practices. Email correspondence is handled through our Gmail inbox; messages to our branded address are forwarded through Cloudflare. WhatsApp is an optional external contact channel operated by WhatsApp/Meta. Opening it or sending a message is subject to that service’s privacy practices. It is a link, not an embedded chat widget. Portfolio sites and other external links also have their own policies.

We share information with service providers and project collaborators only where needed for the relevant purpose, and with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or claims. We do not sell personal information or treat a project enquiry as newsletter consent.

Processing across borders

We operate in Malaysia. Correspondence and website delivery may involve service providers processing information in other countries. Contact us for information about a particular project or provider. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those safeguards must be established before the relevant transfer. A client-data processing arrangement is agreed separately before we access personal data on a client’s behalf.

Retention and protection

We keep information for the purpose for which it was supplied, including ongoing enquiries, agreed work and necessary business records. Retention depends on whether a project proceeds, outstanding obligations, applicable record-keeping requirements and legal claims. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion; some records may need to be retained by law.

Access should be limited to people who need it for the work. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect a disclosure or account issue, contact us without sending further sensitive material. We will assess incidents and make notifications where required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, object to direct marketing, or ask us to limit or delete information where applicable. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Send your request to hello@orinelabs.com; describe the information or relationship involved. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing and may affect a service that needs that information.

You may complain to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner. People covered by European or UK data-protection law also have the rights described on our GDPR and data-rights page. Our services are aimed at businesses, not children.

Changes to this notice

The date above identifies this version. We will update the notice when our website or processing changes. New tracking, newsletter or direct-submission services require a review of the notice and any necessary consent before use.

Maklumat dan tujuan

Apabila anda menghantar e-mel atau mesej, kami menerima butiran hubungan, maklumat perniagaan, ringkasan projek dan surat-menyurat yang anda berikan. Maklumat ini digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan, menilai kerja, menyediakan cadangan dan mengurus projek yang dipersetujui. Rekod pengebilan dan projek mungkin diperlukan jika anda menjadi pelanggan. Pemberian maklumat adalah sukarela, tetapi tanpa maklumat hubungan atau butiran projek yang mencukupi kami mungkin tidak dapat membalas atau menyediakan sebut harga. Borang dan perkhidmatan laman web

Apabila anda memilih Send project enquiry, nama, e-mel, syarikat pilihan dan ringkasan projek termasuk perkhidmatan, bajet dan masa dihantar kepada MailerLite. MailerLite menyimpan rekod pertanyaan dan menjalankan pemberitahuan kepada peti masuk kami serta e-mel pengakuan automatik dengan soalan lanjut. Ini bukan langganan surat berita. Menaip sahaja tidak menghantar data. Anda juga boleh memilih draf e-mel atau WhatsApp. Tiada CRM berasingan disambungkan. Alat dan demo berjalan dalam pelayar tanpa menyimpan input dalam pangkalan data. Salinan dan muat turun adalah di bawah kawalan anda.

Vercel mengehos laman web, Cloudflare menyediakan perkhidmatan domain dan penghalaan e-mel, dan Fontshare membekalkan fon. Penyedia ini mungkin menerima alamat IP, butiran pelayar, sumber yang diminta dan masa permintaan. E-mel dikendalikan melalui Gmail; e-mel kepada alamat berjenama kami dimajukan melalui Cloudflare. WhatsApp/Meta ialah saluran luar yang tertakluk pada dasar privasinya sendiri. Pautan portfolio juga membawa ke laman luar.

Pendedahan dan pemindahan

Kami tidak menjual maklumat peribadi atau menganggap pertanyaan projek sebagai persetujuan menerima surat berita. Kami beroperasi di Malaysia; penyedia mungkin memproses maklumat di negara lain. Perlindungan pemindahan yang diwajibkan undang-undang perlu diwujudkan sebelum pemindahan berkaitan. Pemprosesan data bagi pihak pelanggan memerlukan persetujuan berasingan.

Penyimpanan dan keselamatan

Tempoh penyimpanan bergantung pada tujuan pertanyaan, projek yang diteruskan, kewajipan rekod dan tuntutan undang-undang. Maklumat yang tidak lagi diperlukan hendaklah dipadam atau dinyahnamakan. Akses hendaklah terhad kepada pihak yang memerlukannya. Tiada perkhidmatan internet dapat menjamin keselamatan mutlak. Laporkan kejadian yang disyaki kepada kami; pemberitahuan dibuat apabila diwajibkan undang-undang.

Hak dan pilihan anda

Anda boleh meminta maklumat tentang data anda, akses atau pembetulan, menarik balik persetujuan, membantah pemasaran langsung, atau meminta pemadaman atau sekatan apabila hak itu terpakai. Hantar permintaan kepada hello@orinelabs.com. Kami mungkin memerlukan pengesahan identiti yang bersesuaian. Penarikan persetujuan tidak menjejaskan pemprosesan sah yang terdahulu dan mungkin menjejaskan perkhidmatan yang memerlukan maklumat tersebut. Sesetengah rekod perlu disimpan mengikut undang-undang.
